Are all of your soaps the same?

No, and that’s part of the fun! Because each bar is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, swirl patterns, and shape will naturally occur. Every bar is one of a kind, just like the National Parks that inspire them.

What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality and skin-loving oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, and RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil. Some bars also include goat milk for a creamy, nourishing lather. A full ingredient list is available on each product page.

What does RSPO-certified palm oil mean?

RSPO certification ensures that the palm oil used in our soap is sourced from suppliers who follow responsible environmental and ethical standards, reducing deforestation and supporting sustainable farming.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products are made in a home studio where common allergens (including nuts, dairy, gluten, animal products, and botanicals) may be present. If you have severe allergies, please review ingredients carefully before purchasing.

What if I have a reaction to the soap?

Please discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. All ingredients are disclosed so customers can make informed choices. It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Desert Glow Soap Co. is not liable for reactions, sensitivity issues, or harm caused by the misuse of products.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of soap and bath products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order (missing item, damage during shipping, etc.), please contact us. We want you to love your experience and will always do our best to make it right!

How long will my soap last?

With proper care, a bar of soap can last several weeks. We recommend storing it in a well-draining soap dish and allowing it to dry fully between uses.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never. We only test on happy and willing humans!

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We currently ship within the United States. More locations may be added in the future as we grow.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. We’ll send tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.
